Phoebe Bridgers Announced As First All Points East 2027 Headliner

Grammy award winning artist Phoebe Bridgers makes her All Points East debut for her biggest ever headliner show, taking place August 27 2027 with Jasmine 4.t. and more.

Summer may seem like a long way off and with the added competition of Glastonbury; All Points East have come flying out of the gates with their first wave of names from their first day of what is normally, two weekends of some of the best curated festivals in the UK. This year, memorable performances by the likes of IDLES, Amyl and the Sniffers, Wunderhorse and Twenty One Pilots showed the world very much that East was up.

With fixed sound problems from years gone by and delivering a memorable event that was perfect for locals and fans; with plenty travelling from all over the world to see their favourite bands all in one place; each festival being curated around the headliners to give fans a chance to discover new names: staying at the main stage all day was pointless, especially on Twenty One-Pilots day, as a rare UK performance from Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers was a highlight of the weekend. Multi-Grammy winning American singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers is your headliner this time out - and what a get that is for the festival. It’s expertly curated too - she’s joined by a list of names that includes the excellent Caroline Polacheck; who headlined her biggest UK festival performance in 2024 at the time in the dearly departed Wide Awake in Brockwell Park; fast-rising Jasmine 4.t. and artists like Kelsy Lu and Danielle Ponder. Of course - this is just the first lineup and the first wave of bands - there will be much more coming in over the coming months.

Four-time Grammy winner Phoebe Bridgers had incredibly good critical success; well deserved for second album ‘Lost Weekend’ that earned official number one album award upon release in August. It’s the most critically acclaimed album of 2026 by all metrics, and the arena tour of US, UK and the EU is all sold out - showcasing her strength that has seen her play to her largest audiences to date. In addition to this, Phoebe has made her acting debut opposite Robert Pattinson in the A24 drama ‘Primetime; - directed by Lance Oppenheim and starring Robert Pattinson. Her song ‘On Video’ scores the film’s ending track.

US singer-songwriter and producer Caroline Polacheck is one of the highlights that could surely headline a day all by her own. Her forward-thinking pop has seen memorable performance after memorable performance; ‘Pang’ and ‘Desire, I Want to Turn Into You’ earned her both Grammy and Brit Award nominations. There’s alos Kelsey Lu; a classically trained cellist, singer-songwriter, composteer, poet and performance artist, who has collaborated with the likes of Yves Tumor and Florence & the Machine showcasing her range in strength, scoring the Netflix documentary ‘Daughters’.

Danielle Ponder, Rochester-born, Arizona raised, has collaborated with Phoebe Bridgers before; on ‘Dead Oceans’ and her sophomore effort ‘Everything Has Changed’ has sent shockwaves through the music scene, with a vocal spirit that levitates across whatever room you’re in. Jasmine 4.t.’s growth as an artist with memorable sets at Rock Werchter and End of the Road has been unparalleled to watch live, placing her within the wider boygenius universe as being produced by Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus and released by Bridger’s ‘Saddest Factory Records’. Her record ‘You Are The Morning’ was one of the best of 2025 and reflected her deeply personal experiences as a trans woman - and it will be a real treat to see her again.

For its 2026 edition, All Points East welcomed iconic headliners Jorja Smith and Tems (21 August), Lorde (22 August), Deftones (23 August) Tyler, The Creator (28 and 29 August) and Twenty One Pilots (30 August). This year, All Points East resumed In The Neighbourhood — a free, four-day community-focused midweek programme held in Victoria Park during the All Points East music festival. A free-to-enter community programme of weekday activities including free open-air film screenings, live music and entertainment, sports and wellbeing sessions, arts and crafts workshops, children’s theatre, plus a street food market and pop-up bars and much more.

Expect more announcements soon for the 2027 edition of the UK’s most anticipated summer event.
