Primavera Sound Announces 2027 Line-Up

Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers, Fontaines D.C. and Massive Attack lead the Barcelona festival’s 25th edition, taking place at Parc del Fòrum from 3–5 June.

Primavera Sound Barcelona has announced 151 acts for its 25th edition, with Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers, Fontaines D.C., Massive Attack and Turnstile among the names leading the 2027 programme. The main festival will take place at Parc del Fòrum from 3–5 June, with Hayley Williams, FKA twigs, The Chemical Brothers, Robyn, Bad Gyal and Caroline Polachek also confirmed. Lola Young, Pavement, ADÉLA and Prospa join the bill, alongside a back-to-back set from Skrillex and Ninajirachi.

Several of next year’s bookings mark first appearances for the artists involved. Doechii will make her Spanish debut, while Massive Attack and The Chemical Brothers are set to perform at Primavera Sound for the first time. Elsewhere, ANOHNI will present a set devoted to songs by her friend and collaborator Lou Reed, and Bradford Cox will return under his Atlas Sound alias to revisit that project’s psych-folk material. Vashti Bunyan and Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy are also confirmed, joining a singer-songwriter programme that includes Weyes Blood, Julien Baker, Dove Ellis, Rebe and Guillem Gisbert.

The wider announcement brings together Tinashe, Kim Petras, Shygirl, Theodora and Hearts2Hearts, while Arca, underscores, Snow Strippers and AKRIILA add further strands of electronic and experimental pop. King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Dinosaur Jr., DIIV, Bleachers, Metronomy and Gilla Band are joined by Westside Cowboy, @ and Twisted Teens. For listeners drawn towards heavier music, the bill includes Converge, Full of Hell, Warning, Castle Rat, Prostitute and Jesu, with Don Caballero and Lip Critic also appearing.

Electronic bookings include Underworld, BICEP, Joy Orbison, John Talabot, Ibrahim Alfa Jnr and Boy Harsher. Among the more unusual performances, German producer Pole will revisit his 1 2 3 trilogy, while Mark Fell and RP Boo will present a new collaborative show. Tirzah, Juana Molina, Malibu, Headache and Angine de Poitrine are also part of the announcement.

Beyond the three main days, a free opening programme will take place on Wednesday 2 June, followed by the Primavera Bits closing party on Sunday 6 June. Richie Hawtin, Four Tet and Dixon will lead the latter, alternating sets across eight hours in their first joint appearance anywhere in the world. Further events at venues across Barcelona are still to be announced, extending the festival across a full week. Industry programme Primavera Pro will run from 2–5 June, moving to the DHub for its 18th edition.
