Wage War Unleash Brand New Single ‘God Complex’ Ahead of New Album ‘Landfall’

Rising metal outfit Wage War release new single ‘God Complex’ ahead of album ‘God Complex’ out Oct 9

Wage War might have had their moment in the sun when they supported Architects with House of Protection at the 02. That is not the case, however - they have not rested on their laurels and only started getting bigger and bigger. Their Autumn 2026 headline tour has kicked off with We Came as Romans, Varials & Cane Hill - and now their UK headline tour is in order January 2027 to celebrate their album ‘Landfall’.

‘God Complex’ is the album celebrator, hot on the heels of addictive ‘Landfall’ and ‘Sweet Dreams’, album openers. This is another later track deployed deep into the album and shows fans a taste of what they are capable of in depth - across the thirteen songs there’s plenty to get your teeth into. It hurls with immaculate riffs and searing gnarly anthem ready tracks purpose built for bigger arenas. It’s well choreographed, polished - and teases the audience “take me to the other side, show me what it’s really like..” and feels like the band are writing songs with stadiums in mind, decades from now, hopefully sooner than that - and they’ve already, with 02 support slots, show they’re capable of arenas.
