Roskilde Festival has announced its first 18 acts for 2027, with Tame Impala, Caroline Polachek, Kacey Musgraves and Patti Smith Quartet among the names confirmed. The Danish festival will return from 26 June to 3 July, with Ezra Collective, Lambrini Girls, Suki Waterhouse and underscores also joining the programme. Tickets are on sale now.

Tame Impala will perform on the festival’s Orange Stage, in what organisers say will be one of only a handful of European festival appearances for the project in 2027. Elsewhere, the announcement takes in the punk of Lambrini Girls and Drain, heavier sets from Neurosis and Danish metal band Konvent, and jazz from Ezra Collective and New York outfit Nu Jazz. G Jones and Eprom will play back-to-back, while Norwegian hip-hop duo Karpe’s appearance forms part of what has been announced as their final tour. James K, 454, Emma Sehested Høeg and Kundo complete the first wave.

The 2027 event will be Roskilde’s 55th edition, with close to 200 acts expected to appear across the full music programme. Organised by the Roskilde Festival Charity Society, the independent, non-profit festival donates all profits to humanitarian, cultural and other charitable work, with a particular focus on children and young people. Around 27,000 volunteers help run the event, which expects to welcome 130,000 participants overall.

Full festival tickets cost €355 including fees, with one-day tickets priced at €205. Two-day tickets cost €300 and allow entry on any two of the festival’s final four days. The site has its own train station, with direct services from central Copenhagen taking less than 30 minutes. Tickets and further information are available through the Roskilde Festival website.
