Babyshambles Announce New Live Album Live At Koko
The album captures Babyshambles’ 2025 comeback show at London’s Koko and arrives this October following a new four-track live EP.
Babyshambles have announced a new live album, Live At Koko, set for release on October 9th through Strap Originals.
The 11-track record was captured during the band’s sold-out show at London’s Koko in December 2025, part of their first UK tour following an 11-year absence. It features live versions of tracks from across their catalogue, including ‘Killamangiro’, ‘Delivery’, ‘Fuck Forever’ and ‘Beg, Steal Or Borrow’.
Ahead of the album, Babyshambles have released a four-track live EP featuring the opening stretch of the Koko performance: ‘Killamangiro’, ‘Delivery’, ‘I Wish’ and ‘Sedative’. A Roger Sargent-edited live video for ‘Delivery’ has also been shared.
Live At Koko will be released digitally on October 9th, with CD and vinyl editions following on October 16th. The vinyl will be available on Sky Blue, Tangerine and standard black variants.
Due to the running-time limitations of the vinyl edition, the digital and CD releases will also contain four bonus performances: ‘La Belle et la Bête’, ‘What Katie Did’ featuring Carl Barât, ‘Lost Art Of Murder’ and ‘Wolfman’ featuring original Babyshambles drummer Gemma Clarke.
The announcement follows Babyshambles’ return to live activity last year. Peter Doherty, Mick Whitnall, Drew McConnell and Adam Ficek have since continued playing shows across the UK and Europe, with further dates scheduled throughout 2026.
Among them is a headline appearance at Dreamland in Margate on August 30th, alongside upcoming shows in Cork, Dublin and Belfast. The band will also join The Streets for Rock N Roll Circus dates in Norwich and Sheffield later this month.
Babyshambles formed in London in 2003 following Doherty's initial departure from The Libertines. They have released three studio albums to date: Down in Albion in 2005, Shotter's Nation in 2007 and Sequel to the Prequel in 2013.
Live At Koko is released digitally on October 9th through Strap Originals, with physical editions following on October 16th. Stream the EP and preorder the album here.
