Lambrini Girls Announce New Album No Refunds And Share ‘Bang Bang Bang’

The Brighton duo’s second album arrives in January, with UK and Ireland headline shows to follow in March.

Lambrini Girls have announced their second album, No Refunds, due out on 15 January 2027 via City Slang. Following their 2025 debut Who Let The Dogs Out, the 11-track record includes previously released single ‘Cult of Celebrity’ and new track ‘Bang Bang Bang’, which arrives today alongside a video directed by Harv Frost. Vocalist and guitarist Phoebe Lunny describes the new song’s subject as ‘a man who has been revered as a Christ-like figure but also as the devil’, with the accompanying video placing the band in the middle of a crowded, sweaty performance space.

Across No Refunds, Lunny and bassist Selin Macieira address genocide, fascism, artificial intelligence and the manosphere, taking on celebrity worship along the way. The announcement points towards industrial punk and more pop-focused songwriting, with the pair carrying their dark humour into material shaped by both political anger and a difficult period in their own lives. Macieira stepped back from touring in late 2025 following burnout and a manic episode associated with her bipolar disorder, while Lunny suffered a brain injury during the band’s first Australian tour. Those experiences prompted both musicians to reconsider the demands of the band’s rapid growth and their relationship with the music they were making.

The announcement follows a summer of festival appearances including Primavera Sound, Lowlands, Pukkelpop and Rock en Seine. Later this month, Lambrini Girls will support Bikini Kill at Brooklyn Steel before playing a run of US headline dates into October. They will then take No Refunds on a UK and Ireland tour in March 2027, beginning at Cambridge Junction and finishing at London’s Roundhouse, with stops in Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham, Dublin, Belfast and Glasgow. Further European shows follow in May and June.
